Dear Competitor/Members,

Following the cancellation of the 2007 State Titles due to EI, the Management Committee have put together a formula to offer a credit for all competitors based on income received less non refundable expenses incurred. Any expenses that can be refunded or in the case of ribbons re-used have not been included as a expense.  Please view the listing of credits for your entitlement, fill in the credit application and return with your State Titles entries.  If you do not wish to use this credit at State Titles you can use it at any event held by the NSW Arabian Horse Association, however, to be eligible for any credit the application form must be received by the Secretary within 30 days, please retain a copy for your records and inclusion with further show entries. No applications will be accepted after this date. Applications close 31st July, 2008

If you believe you are also entitled to a refund for other shows or events prior to the 1st July, 2008, please fill in the General Application form and return it to the Secretary within 30 days for consideration by the Committee.  Applications close 31st July, 2008 No further applications will be accepted after this date.

2007 State Titles Credit Decision
17 April 2008

The new Committee has decided to provide members with a partial credit on their State Titles 2007 entries.  The amount credited will be less expenses  incurred by the Association.

formula for these credits is currently being worked out and the expenses tabulated.  The final amounts will be made available by the middle of May. The credits will be usable at all NSW Arabian Association Events.

This decision however, may need to be reviewed if the Association is successful with the grant application currently before the Federal Government.  If the association is successful with the Federal Grant the association will then follow the terms and conditions required to receive the grant.

We apologise for the delay and look forward to moving on from EI to a great show season ahead.
